Color Guidelines

Screen Printing: We use our standard ink colors for screen printing. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. View our standard colors

DTF (Direct to Film): Files should be in CMYK color mode. Keep in mind that colors may shift slightly between your screen and the final print due to differences between monitors and ink on film.

Embroidery: Thread colors are matched to the nearest available shade using Madeira Polyneon thread. View our standard colors

Pantone (PMS) Color Matching

Want to match a specific color? Add a note with your Pantone (PMS) code when submitting your order. An additional Pantone matching fee applies per color. Please note that exact Pantone matching is not always possible with our DTF or Embroidery processes due to CMYK and thread color limitations.

Resolution & Sizing

All raster artwork (PNG, JPG, PSD, TIFF) should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Low-resolution files pulled from websites or social media will not print well and may require an art charge for recreation.

Vector files are always preferred because they can be scaled to any size without losing quality. If your logo was professionally designed, chances are the original file is a vector — check with your designer.

What to Avoid

  • Screenshots or images pulled from Google, social media, or websites
  • Word documents, PowerPoint files, or Canva exports without proper resolution
  • Files under 200 DPI — these won't print well. Try our Artwork Boost to upscale your files
  • Artwork with white backgrounds when a transparent background is needed
  • Always outline your fonts — unoutlined text may shift or be substituted during production

Art Setup & Revision Fees

Minor adjustments (resizing, color separation for screen print, file formatting) are included with your order. If your artwork needs to be recreated, significantly modified, or converted from a low-resolution file, an art charge may apply. We'll always communicate any additional costs before proceeding.

Not sure if your file is print-ready? No worries — send us your artwork and we'll review it for free as part of your quote.
